Free Range Turkeys

Turkey Curry
Serves 3
Ingredients
½ onion
½ butter
½ teaspoon curry powder
½ jar mango chutney
small tub natural yoghurt
1½ tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon tomato pureé
½lb cooked chopped free range turkey
Method
- Soften onion in the butter.
- Stir in the curry powder and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in the yoghurt, mayonnaise and tomato pureé and heat gently until nearly boiling.
- Add the chopped free range turkey and cook gently for 15 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
