Free Range Turkey Curry

Turkey Curry

Serves 3

Ingredients

½ onion
½ butter
½ teaspoon curry powder
½ jar mango chutney
small tub natural yoghurt
1½ tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon tomato pureé
½lb cooked chopped free range turkey

Method

  1. Soften onion in the butter.
  2. Stir in the curry powder and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the yoghurt, mayonnaise and tomato pureé and heat gently until nearly boiling.
  4. Add the chopped free range turkey and cook gently for 15 minutes.
  5. Serve with rice.
