Collection & Delivery Information
FARM COLLECTION
Collection day for your free range Christmas turkey is the 23rd December between 10am and 6pm from Salix Farm, Great Sampford, Essex, CB10 2QE. If you cannot come at this time please contact us to organise another suitable time.
Please follow the signs to the first barn in the farmyard of Salix Farm. Please do not come to the farmhouse.
Payment is made upon collection by cash, credit card or cheque (with bank card) made payable to ‘Salix Farm Turkeys’.
HOME DELIVERY
We offer a home delivery service for £8.50 to mainland England, Wales and mainland Scotland (excluding the highlands)
Orders will be delivered on the 22nd December. We cannot specify a time of delivery on this day, therefore please leave alternative arrangements for the courier to follow in case you are out e.g. leave with a neighbour. This can be specified on the payment page under ‘Notes to seller’. Please note that we will require a signature to confirm receipt.
If we cannot deliver due to no fault of our own or of the courier (e.g. because you are out and we do not have alternate delivery instructions), no refund will be given.
Deliveries will be packaged in sustainable and biodegradable natural wool insulation with an ice pack to keep the turkey cool. Once you receive your turkey please read the storage instructions for your Christmas turkey carefully. We cannot accept responsibility for turkeys that are not suitable for consumption due to incorrect storage.
