Please note that this year we are only rearing bronze turkeys. Over the years, we have seen a huge increase in demand for them at the expense of the white turkey. We believe the bronzes are a superior product with a richer, deeper taste - particularly in the dark meat as well as having a better texture.

Bronze turkeys are a more traditional breed and have a slightly stronger tasting meat. Due to their dark feathers they can sometimes have more visible black stumps.

Each weight is the minimum value for each range, i.e. The 5 kg range covers between 5.0kg and 5.4kg.

4.0kg - approx 6-7 servings

5.0kg - approx 8-9 servings

6.0kg - approx 10-11 servings

7.0kg - approx 12-13 servings

8.0kg - approx 14 - 15 servings

9.0kg - approx 16-17 servings

10.0kg - approx 18-19 servings
