A Turkey crown is the ‘top half’ of the turkey without the legs and thighs. They are ideal for those who prefer the white breast meat, are quicker to cook and easier to carve.
Bronze turkeys are a more traditional breed and have a slightly 'gamier' tasting meat. Due to their dark feathers they can sometimes have more visible black stumps.
